All of our small-batch, made-to-order products are crafted in México by master artisans. Our rugs are made of 100% sustainably sourced wool made completely by hand on a traditional wooden pedal loom. Our weaving artists dedicate 2-5 weeks for every rug depending on size and proudly carry out their unique ancestral art form passed down from generation to generation in the creation of our rugs.
Our glassware is shaped and formed by hand from 100% recycled glass. . Everything we carry has unique characteristics and no two items are exactly alike. Our products are earth-friendly and ethically sourced. As good for the planet and artisan as they are beautiful!
We do love photographing our natural wool rugs out in nature from time to time for creative inspiration, but our handwoven rugs are for indoor use only. Our handblown glasswear can be used anywhere!

We go beyond fair trade standards for our entire team, on average we pay three times the fair trade standard with about a third going to the artist, a third to us and a third to covering shipping, taxes and customs fees. We focus on reinvesting our profits on advertising and marketing, so the artists can do what they were born to do...simply create.
All our rugs are made from the finest natural wool. We use 100% pure sheeps wool, dye them carefully by hand, and weave them for durability. Following these suggestions will ensure your rugs can be treasured for a lifetime.
Basic care: Vacuum rugs lightly and avoid direct prolonged sunlight exposure.
Treating stains: If the stain was caused by liquid, use paper towels to daab and absorb and act as quickly as you can to prevent the liquid from drying. Luckily wool repels liquids a bit longer than synthetics.
When in doubt, professional dry cleaning is always going to be your best bet for major stains. Yes, small imperfections and unique characteristics may be present due to the handwoven nature of our rugs. It's what makes them adorable.

On average our rugs ship in 2 weeks for 4' wide and smaller & 4 weeks for anything larger. Big 8x10s take about 6 weeks to ship.
Our glassware ships in one week, please allow 2 weeks from order to delivery to your casa.

How are our rugs made?
Completely by hand by master artisans with traditional techniques that have been used for centuries!
--All the wool is shorn by hand locally, then completely hand washed.
--It's then spun by hand into spools & dyed in small batches by hand.
--Our dyes are natural; made from a variety of sources like local plants, berries, flowers, roots, local extracts and even bugs!
--After each spool of yarn is dyed, the artisan prepares the traditional foot-pedal loom with the colored spools for the pattern will be creating. Set-up takes days.
--Finally their work of art begins to come together literally row by row, thread by thread, passing the spools back and forth to create a finished piece that is truly gallery worthy!
How long does it take for the rug's fold lines from shipping to settle?
Since these rugs are handwoven from soft, dense, durable wool, please do allow about two weeks for the fold lines from shipping to settle.
